As Operations Specialist, Taylor’s primary responsibilities involve handling a wide range of client service needs, including trades, money movements, account management and updates, form processing, addressing client questions and requests, and supporting financial planning. She also occasionally sits in on client meetings and completes the necessary follow-up tasks. Taylor supports the team by managing the behind-the-scenes operational work needed to effectively serve his clients. Taylor earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she studied Finance, along with Risk Management and Insurance. As a newcomer to Nashville, she is still exploring opportunities to get involved in the local community and volunteer work. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and exploring new hiking trails.
